Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and machine serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Prepare for Transport
Secure the equipment in its original industrial packaging or crate, ensuring all hydraulic fluids are drained and safety locks are engaged.
Shipment Collection
Affix the provided RMA labels to the exterior of the crate and coordinate with our preferred freight carrier for scheduled pickup.
Inspection and Credit
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our distribution center, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
